Introduction
Zincover® waterborne coating/Zincover®9130 waterborne nano top coating is a zinc-aluminium micro-coating for photovoltaic bracket independently developed by Junhe, the thickness of 2 primer coats + 1 top coat does not affect the thread size of the large changes in the normal thread through the end and the requirements of the nut real match; to achieve the anticorrosive performance of the film thickness of 10-16 μm can be adapted to a variety of environments in the open air long term anticorrosive requirements; zinc and aluminium coatings physical methods, the risk of hydrogen embrittlement for high-strength fasteners without hydrogen brittleness, the whole process will not be alkaline to the environment, not resistant to the problem of bumping and so.
Comply with RoHS standards, improve the hardness of the coating, the workpiece salt spray resistance is significantly increased to more than 1600h, solving the problem that the primer is not resistant to acid, alkali, and bumping.

- Safe and environmentally friendly:The fluid is water-based, low VOC, has no heavy metals, complies with GB24409-2020\GB30981-2020\GB/T18178-2020 standards, and also meets the requirements of the EU RoHS directive and ELV directive.
- Good scratch resistance:It is a ceramic-like coating of which dry film hardness has excellent anti-sand, anti-bump, and anti-scratch properties.
Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion - The primer + topcoat process can significantly improve the salt spray, acid and alkali resistance of the original primer.
